La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) lo define como un fen\u00f3meno ocupacional caracterizado por tres dimensiones principales:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Agotamiento emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Sensaci\u00f3n de estar completamente desgastado y sin energ\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Despersonalizaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Actitudes y sentimientos negativos, incluso c\u00ednicos, hacia el trabajo y las personas en el entorno laboral.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reducci\u00f3n de la realizaci\u00f3n personal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Sentimientos de incompetencia y falta de logros en el trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Colombia, el Ministerio de Trabajo ha reconocido la importancia de abordar el Burnout.
